The staff were nice and very accommodating.
Our stay had significant issues. the noise from the tram was intolerable in the mornings, making it difficult to enjoy our rest. Additionally, the absence of a lift was a serious inconvenience, especially after a day of exploring the city. Climbing up two flights was exhausting, and this aspect needs serious consideration for guest comfort.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to major sites like Hagia Sophia. However, the room was too small for our family.

the hotel had a strange smell of smoke wafting through the lobby, which really set the tone. And when my children dared to grab some fruit during breakfast, a manager rudely sent them away, incredibly inappropriate. i suppose a complimentary upgrade was way too much to ask, despite the issues. absoluteley would ve been nice.

The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, featuring mouthwatering dishes that made each morning an adventure. Plus, the location was spot on. we could see Hagia Sophia from our window, and the tram was right outside for easy explorations.
The street noise from trams can be a bit much if you're a light sleeper, and though the breakfast was fresh, it did get a little repetitive.

Exceptional Service and Delightful Breakfast
During my 8-night stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality and efficiency of the staff, who were always eager to help with recommendations for exploring Istanbul. The breakfast each morning featured a wonderful variety, with freshly prepared local dishes that changed daily, and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant with both traditional seating and regular tables. The convenient location allowed us to easily visit major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the bustling streets filled with shops and dining options nearby. However, a little more variety in the breakfast offerings would have been appreciated.

I absolutely loved the delicious Gözleme for breakfast and the super comfy Double Room made my stay really enjoyable! The cozy lounge area and a game room were great spots to unwind after a day of exploring. My only small issue was the Wi-Fi being a tad slow at times, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Recommend it for families looking for an adventure
The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every little request was met during our stay. I was especially impressed when they organized a personal transfer from the airport, making our arrival smooth and easy. Breakfast was a feast, especially the Gözleme, which I can't stop raving about! !
It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Just a top selection for a day tour in Istanbul with reasonable value. The staff made an effort to help us with suggestions for places to eat nearby. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise since there can be plenty of street sounds.
